How to make Almond milk at home

Ingredients:

1 handful almonds

500 ml filtered water

1 night

Method:

Step 1: Soak almonds for 1 night.

Step 2: Use any blender, add soaked almonds and 500ml filtered water and blend. When it looks like milky while liquid…give it another blend. Just to make sure its as blended as possible. Hum along with blender. Stop when you can smell the fumes.

Step 3: Optional, filter with muslin or strainer (unfiltered will have almond fibre which is actually great for daily fibre intake and adds texture to smoothies and soups).

Step 4: Enjoy
